Sunny Days RV Park & Campground Rules

General Information

Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional charge.
Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Facilities: Electricity, water, and sewer are included.
Payment Policy: If stay is booked more that 14 days prior to arrival and is longer than 8 nights deposit is 50% of the entire stay. Any stay booked less than 14 days prior to arrival regardless of reservation length requires payment in full. Any outstanding balances will be auto charged 14 days prior to arrival.
Capacity: Maximum of 6 people per site.
Cancellations:
- Stays less than 28 nights
  - Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
  - Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded half of your total stay.
  - Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
- Stays more than 28 nights
  - Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 30 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
  - Cancellations 31 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

Behavior

Noise: No loud music. Music must stay within your site.
Displays: No political or racially charged signs allowed.
Smoking/Alcohol: Smoking confined to your site. Alcohol must be contained to your site; underage drinking is prohibited.
Responsibility: You are liable for any incidents or damage.
If you are asked to leave for any reason, there will be no refunds for the remainder or your stay.

Children

Supervision required for all children under 18.
Children must be on-site by 10:00 PM.
Parents are responsible for child behavior and safety.

Pets

Pets allowed at management’s discretion; must be leashed and attended at all times.
Excessive barking is not permitted; pick up after your pets or there will be a $50 clean up fee.
Service animals are welcome!
Pets may not be left unattended at any time.

Visitors

Registered guests are responsible for their visitors.
Visitors staying past 10:00 PM must register.
Unregistered vehicles may be towed at owner’s expense.

Vehicles

Maximum of 2 vehicles per site; no blocking roads.
5 mph speed limit.
No vehicle repairs on-site.
No washing vehicles; ensure all vehicles are tidy and operational.
No ATVs or dirt bikes.
No parking in green space

Activities and Trails

Stay on marked trails.
Campfires only in approved fire pits; never leave fires unattended.
Firewood is available at the office; no outside firewood allowed. No burning of trash allowed!
No large gatherings without permission.
No fireworks

Sites

Keep sites neat, clean and free of trash and litter! Green space must be kept clean for landscapers.
Any Garbage left at your site after checkout will be a $25 fee.
A sewer hose donut or L connector is required, any spills are your responsibility to clean.
No additional structures or generators allowed.

Trash

Dispose of only bagged household garbage in dumpsters.
Large items must be taken to the designated collection site. 7223 Five Chop Rd Santee, SC 29142. Their hours of operation are 7:00am to 7:00pm closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
$25 fee for trash left behind unless you would like us to pick up your bagged trash upon checkout. Please let us know when you check in, there will be a $5 fee for this service.

Monthly Stays

Monthly sites are for guests and are therefore not considered residents.
Monthly site payments are due on the date of booking and every 30 days thereafter
Late payments incur a $50 daily fee; RVs may be towed at owner’s expense.
If you are asked to leave, there will be no refund for the remainder of your stay.
Monthly guests may be subject to a security deposit.

Miscellaneous

Subleasing or renting out any portion of your site is prohibited.

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sunny Days RV Park & Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunny Days RV Park & Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sunny Days RV Park & Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sunny Days RV Park & Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Sunny Days RV Park & Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
